Qalbs is completely free during our pilot phase, which runs until 31 December 2026. Creating your account, building your profile and being matched cost nothing, and no payment details are needed.

No. You will never be charged automatically. Before the pilot ends we will let all members know about any future plans, and costs would only ever apply if you explicitly choose to subscribe.

Your profile is never public. It does not appear in search results, and other members cannot browse or search for you. Only our review team sees your profile, and it is shared with a single match, step by step, only with your consent.

When our team finds a match, the man's profile is shared with the woman first. Only if she agrees is her profile shared with him. After that, photos and then chat are unlocked one step at a time, each approved by our team.

Your photos are never shown on the website or to other members. They are only shared with your match after both of you have agreed to continue, and only when our team unlocks them.

Every profile is personally reviewed by our team before it enters the matching pool, usually within 7 days. Profiles that look fake, incomplete or not serious about marriage are rejected.

Our team looks for a compatible spouse based on your values, deen, background, age and location preferences. AI helps us score compatibility, but every match is checked and confirmed by a person. The AI never sees your name, contact details or photos.

Yes, and we encourage it. Mention in your profile if your parents or wali are involved, and we will respect that throughout the process. A dedicated wali access feature is planned.

No. Qalbs is only for Muslim adults (18+) who are seriously seeking marriage (nikah). There is no swiping, no browsing and no chatting with strangers. You only talk to a match once both of you have agreed.

Profile review takes up to 7 days. How long matching takes depends on who is in the pool at the time. We focus on quality over quantity, so we cannot guarantee a match within a specific time.
